Kesters Cottage is a holiday house in Russell, in the Bay of Islands. It’s a simple Kiwi Bach with unrivalled views over Long Beach & the Outer Bay of Islands. The house is close to swimming beaches, fishing, sea kayaking, sightseeing, dolphin & whale watching, scuba diving, golf & a host of other activities.

  Yes there is reception for both the Telecom & Vodafone mobile networks.
• What do we do with our rubbish?
  The Russell tip is open 7 days a week from 9 to 1 pm.
• How often do the passenger ferries run from Russell to Paiha?
  Ferries run between between Russell and Paiha regularly from approx 7:00 am until 9.00pm.
• How often does the car ferry run from Opua to Okarito?
  Ferries run between 6:40 am (from the Okarito /Russell side) through to 10 pm (Opua side)
• Can we smoke in the house?
  Smokers are welcome at our holiday house, but we ask they smoke outside or on the deck.
